Since 1977 we have established a reputation for quality, depth and diversity of design, and attention to client objectives and budgets that have resulted in renewed client relationships. We believe our architectural practice contributes to the environment and helps people in the way they live and interact. EBA offers full services for many various types of projects including new construction, restoration, renovation and adaptation. As part of these services, we offer master planning, programming, interior design and space planning, feasibility studies and cost estimation. Through the years EBA has developed a design process that is shaped by the client(s) design objectives and needs, confirmed by programmatic research and previous project experience and finally transformed through the creativity of the designers into an appropriate environment for the users. Cost estimating is a continuous process throughout the design process. For overall cost estimates, EBA uses a regional cost-estimating firm. Additional project estimating and scheduling is based on similar programs and structures from related work in the EBA archives.
